Dear Colleagues,
Please find below details of how to join our meeting
of potential partners scheduled to take place on Wednesday 14 March.
The meeting will take place from 1300-1500 GMT.
A draft Agenda will follow shortly.
Please take the following actions:
i)
Register
for the meeting using the “Register Now” button below
ii)
When
you register you will be given the option “Add to your Outlook Calendar”.
Click the button if you wish to do so.
iii)
When
you register you will be given a unique URL to be used for
joining the meeting. (Please note that this URL is unique to you and
cannot be shared).
iv)
You
will be informed that audio is provided either by using VoIP or
by one of the local dial in numbers.
v)
Audio only access (i.e., without using the web interface) is enabled but in listen mode
only.
vi)
Mute is
achieved either by checking the “mute” box in the web interface or, if using a
traditional handset, by the command *6 (un-mute is also *6).
(Please note that the organizer has override control and so any un-muted
microphones can be remotely muted).
vii)
Hand-Raising is achieved by checking the appropriate box using the web interface
